La Di Da Di Wines is dedicated to championing artisanal natural wines in Portugal, celebrating low-intervention winemaking, and honouring the unique terroirs where these grapes are grown.

I was commissioned by online gardening retailer Wood & Meadow to photograph organic grower, chef, and sustainable food advocate Xanthe Gladstone—capturing her in her element at the beautiful Victorian walled garden on the Hawarden Estate in North Wales.

João Jacinto’s vineyard, Genúria in Torres Vedras, Portugal, has been in the Jacinto family for 30 years, where, up until 2022, the family would sell their grape harvests to larger a co-operative.
